What is the cost of membership?

An annual fee includes unlimited access to Dr. D’Ambrose and nearly all services that are provided by the Practice.

What is included with the annual fee?

An annual physical and customized wellness plan, unlimited access to Dr. D’Ambrose, unlimited house calls, twenty-four hour care, attending specialist and ER visits as well as many other services. See our list of exclusive services or contact us for more details.

Do you have different membership plans?

No, Dr. D’Ambrose takes great pride in ensuring every patient receives only the best, uncompromised care.

Do you accept health insurance?

No, we do not accept health insurance.

Why do I need health insurance? 

Any services provided outside of the Practice will be billed to your insurance by those third parties. For example, insurance may be required for specialist care, hospital stays and Emergency Department visits.

Do you see children?

Yes, Dr. D’Ambrose has extensive experience in pediatrics.

Do you make house calls?

Yes, our limited practice size makes it possible to perform much of your care in your home or office.
